Christine Lintgen

Ms. Lintgen joined Cassatt in July of 2008 and has over 25 years of experience in health care professional liability claim and risk management. Before joining Cassatt she managed complex medical professional liability claims for health care institutions, hospitals and medical providers for The St. Paul Travelers and PHICO Insurance Companies. Prior to that she worked as the Assistant Risk Manager at Abington Memorial Hospital.

Ms. Lintgen holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration with specialization in Health and Medical Services from St. Joseph’s
University and a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from Gettysburg College. Her professional designations include a Certified
Professional in Health Care Risk Management (CPHRM) from the American Society of Healthcare Risk Management, an Associate in
Risk Management designation from the Insurance Institute of America and a Casualty Claim Law Specialist designation from the
American Educational Institute.

As the Director of Claims and Administration Ms. Lintgen has responsibility for claim management and administrative oversight across Cassatt’s core disciplines. She works closely with senior management and member organizations in support of Cassatt’s claim, risk management and patient safety programs.
